Bulgaria Air is the national carrier of Bulgaria, which was founded in November 2002 and started operating in December 2002. The airline has its headquarters at the Sofia Airport in Sofia to from where it operates scheduled services to 28 major destinations in Europe and the Middle East. Together with its partners, the airline provides services to over 400 cities in Europe, Asia, Africa and Northern America. The airline has codeshare agreements with major airlines, such as Aeroflot, Air Berlin, Air France, Air Serbia, Alitalia, Czech Airlines, etc.
